15 favorite healthy vegan recipes
What’s the best plant-based recipe? What’s the best healthy vegan recipe?
People can argue day in and day out for which out of the thousands of recipes available are the best and healthiest. Each individual has their own taste preferences, food preferences and definition of health. Coming to a consensus about the subject is a seemingly impossible task.
However, it isn’t necessarily important to fully agree on these subjects.
While everybody has their own taste preferences, we all know what is amazing food. We also recognize which food is just okay, but isn’t the best.
Additionally, the majority of vegans and people who eat a plant based diet agree on the foundation of a healthy diet: minimize or eliminate animal products from the diet and eat whole foods. By becoming conscious about the food that goes into your mouth, you’re already taking a step in the right direction.
The bloggers below agree that plants high in carbohydrates should be the base of our diet. There are discrepancies about oil, sugar, fruit and cooking among us, but instead of fighting over the 5% we don’t necessarily agree on, it’s important to focus on the 95% we do agree on.
We agree plants are healthy. We also agree that plants are delicious.
I look forward to trying many of these recipes. I hope you do, too.
