I get frustrated with individuals who complain yet keep their same routines and lifestyle. If you want to become fitter, work out more. If you want to become leaner you need to eat right.

You can’t expect to look like Channing Tatum or Halle Berry by sitting around watching TV. Or consuming chips, cookies, soda, cake and ice cream all day.

What we put into our bodies we get out of them. If you choose to put food that is fake, processed and unhealthy, sooner or later you are going to end up with a crappy, unhealthy body. This not only pertains to our bodies but our lives in general.

The world may seem unfair for young people. Those with inheritances don’t need to work hard. Young people don’t need to watch what they eat because they have high metabolisms.

Nonetheless, these unstable things won’t last unless time and effort are dedicated to maintenance. If you are dissatisfied with something in your life, stop complaining about it and change something.
