Hey. I’m Sara Binde. Creator of Carob Cherub.

There’s a gap between what science knows, and what people eat. I’m here to bridge that gap.
I believe there are too many people struggling with obesity, heart disease and general illness.
How do you know what to eat in a busy world… while working a full-time job… while raising a family… while living daily life and overcoming its challenges?
How do you know what to eat when there’s so much conflicting advice?
Instead of digging through hundreds of books, thousands of academic research papers, and wasting time on dietary experiments…
…subscribe to Carob Cherub (it’s free).
And you’ll get proven tactics and strategies for what not only works for me, but for thousands of others too.
How it all started
You see, I used to be obese.
Losing so much weight really changes your perspective on life.
After realizing how easy it is to do I’ve been inspired to share.
Now I want to help everybody else.
The best part? I’ll cut through the fluff. I’ll show you exactly what works and how you can start doing it for yourself to improve your well-being.
So, why Carob Cherub?
When you first hear the phrase Carob Cherub, what comes to mind?
It’s surely an odd combination of words.
Carob is a fruit that grows on the carob tree (Ceratonia siliqua). The tree produces pods which can be ground into powder. This powder is used as a substitute for cocoa (aka chocolate). Carob can be used in recipes where cocoa powder or cacao powder would generally be used.
Cherub is a noun that means celestial being. They’re innocent angels.
Put the two together and… you basically have chocolate angel.
A pairing of a guilty pleasure with the innocence of angel.
And here I am, removing the guilt from forbidden pleasures
Lastly, Carob Cherub is alliterative. This is one of many facts you’ll learn about me over the coming years: I like alliteration.
Plus, Carob Cherub just sounds cool. Well, at least to me. You might just think I’m crazy at this point. But you should still stick around.
Because, ultimately, I’m here to help you: to lose weight, to become healthier, to combat illnesses, and to treat you to delicious foods.
What? You thought you being healthy had to be a sacrifice?
Here’s the deal
