Is this a vegan meal plan?

No, this meal plan is not 100% vegan. The Beauty Body Plan is meant to teach you how to eat healthy. That means the meal plan slowly transitions into a plant-based lifestyle.

The meal plan includes meat, dairy and eggs in the beginning. As you progress, you slowly decrease your consumption of those foods. In the end, you learn how to cook and enjoy food without them. In the last week, you'll be eating completely plant-based.

Is this the meal plan gluten-free?

No, the meal plan is not gluten free. However, you can alter the recipes to be gluten free by substituting gluten-free foods for ones that have gluten. 

How long does the Beauty Body Plan last?

The Beauty Body Plan contains meals plans, grocery lists and recipes for 12 weeks (about 3 months).
