Red Root Salad is a simple root salad recipe. It is tasty and packed with nutrients from the marinated beetroots and carrots. The salad will sweeten and develop even more flavor the longer you let it marinate in the refrigerator. Be careful when preparing and eating the salad though. The ruby red juice from the beetroots can stain clothes!

If you have an upcoming gathering to attend or host, consider making my Red Root Salad recipe. Red Root Salad is perfect for both winter and summer get-togethers. In the summer the salad serves as a sweet replacement to a green salad that packs nutrition, flavor and refreshment into a hot summer day. Alternatively, bring it to a holiday party for a festive side dish that will be enjoyed by all.
