My first ever Transformation Tuesday! Sometimes we get ourselves down because we look at what we haven’t yet accomplished; however, if we look at our past, we are better able to appreciate how far we have come.
Learn from your past and live in the present. Don’t worry about the future. Only the present exists. You can remember the past, look forward to and plan for the future, but they will never be your present. Yes, they can affect you but you will always be acting in the now. Living in the past or the present is hardly living at all. Depression is the result of living in the past and anxiety a result of living in the future. The only place you can be happy living is in the present.
